While our mortgage approval process was frustrating and time-consuming, our house hunting and contract/proposal/closing process went smoothly and uneventful. Marni was absolutely on top of the process from beginning to end. It was such a pleasure to work with someone who anticipated every possible glitch of the process, kept us abreast of the progress during the process, and anticipated every one of my questions/concerns throughout the entire process.
